The biggest available warehouse in the country is now available to let in the Golden Triangle.
The 995,957 sq ft fully fitted Royal Oak Distribution Centre (nicknamed Bigfoot) in Daventry has been put on the market by Goodman following the departure of Tesco.
Charles Crossland of Goodman said: “Bigfoot’s” arrival onto the market is a unique opportunity. The warehouse offers a single customer, or a number of customers, an opportunity to fulfil vast logistics requirements in a prime location. The facility is one of a kind – a warehouse of this scale is rarely seen on the market and being fully fitted, it is available for immediate occupation.
