H&M has been named as the international retailer that has taken a 236,806 sq ft pre-let warehouse at SEGRO and Roxhill’s Rugby Gateway scheme in the Midlands.
The retailer has been looking for space in the region for more than 18 months. The build to suit deal at the 125 acre Rugby Gateway scheme, which can accommodate up to 1.8 million sq ft, is the first to be secured.

Units ranging from 200,000 sq ft to 925,000 sq ft can be accommodated on the site. It is located in the Golden Triangle just off Junction 1 of the M6 motorway. Infrastructure works are underway and are expected to be completed in this summer.
