Central Systems & Automation has sold a majority stake of its business to US heavy engineering and materials handling equipment manufacturer Terex Corporation for an undisclosed sum.
Terex makes construction and port handling equipment. The majority acquisition of the Autostore terminal operating system platform, the Autostore warehouse management system, platform and the expert automation engineering team at Central Systems & Automation creates an attractive equipment and software management proposition for ports and inland terminals plus warehousing and supply chain operators worldwide.
