Inchcape Shipping Services has appointed Matthew Phelps as senior vice president, procurement and operations integration
He will manage strategic global initiatives such as regional operations centres, shared service centres for procurement and continuous improvement initiatives across all business units within ISS.
Phelps has significant experience during a 30 year career in logistics and supply chain management across many sectors including oil & gas, retail, automotive, energy and the maritime industry.
