The Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust (AIPUT) has signed a letting with Nippon Express at its Air Cargo Centre at Glasgow Airport.
Nippon Express has committed to taking a 15,000 sq ft refurbished warehouse at AIPUT’s off-airport air freight park to consolidate its Scottish operations at the airport.
AIPUT has two further vacant warehouse opportunities at the park – the most significant being The Hub, which is a 43,000 sq ft warehouse and is to be extensively refurbished over summer 2014.
