TNT Post has launched a service that allows its customers to track the journey of their packet or parcel through the TNT Post network.
Tracking information is available through an online web portal that allows a customer to have complete track and trace transparency of where their packets and parcels are within the TNT Post network.
The service, P&P InSight is part of its Packet & Parcels business, which has grown rapidly since its launch. It now handles in excess of 100 million items, with growth in e-commerce expected to expand a further 16 per cent in 2014.
