GeoPost is submitted plans for a parcel delivery hub in Cardiff.
The company has selected property development company Roxhill to bring forward the proposals for a 58,444 sq ft facility on a 7.7 acre site in Wentloog Industrial Park.
The facility will boast a 50,742 sq ft cross dock warehouse depot with access to all fours sides with a 6,103 sq ft two storey office block and 1,421 sq ft customer collection area.
The warehouse will have 11 dock, 31 level access and 1 HGV level access door. It will have parking for 125 vans as well as 17 HGV and trailer parking places.
