TV brand, Finlux is entering a deal with eBay Enterprise, so that the e-commerce specialist will handle its entire fulfillment and shipping operation.
In the last 12 months alone, Finlux sales have risen by almost 30 per cent, stretching existing logistical operations to their limit.
eBay Enterprise has some six million sq ft of fulfillment space at its disposal, which will be used to help smooth Finlux flows through peak.
The partnership also includes an online delivery service to suit each customer, with named day, next day and weekend deliveries ans am or pm delivery slots.
Managing Director of Finlux’s parent company, Vestel UK, John Welbourn says “This is an exciting step forward in the evolution of Finlux, providing us with all of the logistical support that we’ll need to expand and grow.
“It will enable us to offer a whole new level of service, facilitating the development of faster and more flexible deliveries that can be easily tracked.
