Singapore-based shipping and logistics company Neptune Orient Lines has reported a net loss of $54m during the second quarter of 2014, this comes on the back of what NOL described as difficult trading conditions.
The group has however made gains at the operating levels with core EBIT loss down to $15m, a year-on-year improvement of 52 per cent.
Revenue, during the quarter compared to the quarter in 2013 slipped by the 1 per cent to $2.05 billion.
