Norbert Dentressangle has appointed two new managing directors to head up its transport and distribution, and logistics divisions in the UK.
Heading up Norbert Dentressangle Transport and Distribution UK as will be Dan Myers, while Richard Cawston takes the reins as managing director of the firm’s UK logistics division.
The two are long-term Norbert Dentressangle employees, with 27 years of combined experience at the French firm. Myers was a graduate of the Norbert Dentressangle graduate programme, and previously served as a business unit director within the logistics division.
Cawston joined the firm in 2003, and has held several roles within the logistics division, most recently running the consumer business unit. As a result of his promotion, Phil Shaw, who previously served as managing director of the logistics division, has been promoted to operations and efficiency director.

The UK represents Norbert Dentressangle’s largest market outside of France, and the company is one of the largest transport and logistic operators in the UK.
