Steel stockholder Gould Alloys has agreed terms for a 50,000 sq ft build-to-suit warehouse at Henry Boot’s 200 acre Markham Vale scheme in Derbyshire.
The company will relocate from Carwood Park in Chesterfield. The facility is expected to be operational by Easter 2015.
