Medical supplies distributor Crest Medical has taken Alpha Real Estate’s Warrington 101 warehouse on Chesford Grange in Warrington.
Crest Medical has taken the building as a new HQ and distribution facility on a 10.5 year lease at an undisclosed rent. It will relocate its HQ to the site from across the road, doubling its space.
The property boasts 9,545 sq ft of two storey offices as well as a 92,051 sq ft of warehouse space that has 6.46m clear height to underside of haunch, 5 level access and four tailgate loading doors as well as 110 car parking spaces. It has a 40m deep secure yard.
