Derbyshire County Council has given Henry Boot Developments the go ahead for a speculative 100,000 sq ft warehouse and office building at Markham Vale business and distribution park in Derbyshire.
The council granted approval last week, and Henry Boot has confirmed that building is set to commence within the next six weeks, with a prospective March 2015 opening.
Markham Vale is a 200 acre business and industrial park located at Junction 29A of the M1 in Chesterfield. It offers industrial, warehouse and office accommodation ranging from 3,000 sq ft to over one million sq ft.
Existing occupiers include Andrew Page, Holdsworth Foods, Ready Egg Products, Gould Alloys and Industrial Ancillaries.
