Developers British Airways Pension Fund & db Symmetry have unveiled their new 235,000 sq ft speculative distribution/production facility at Central M40.
The 235,000 sq ft property is close to junction 11 of the M40. It includes 10,000 sq ft of offices and 225,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation with a clear height of 13.25m, 20 dock levellers plus 2 level access doors, 136 car parking spaces with 47 HGV parking spaces and 50m yard depths.
Chris White of White Commercial said: “This is a substantial multi million pound investment by British Airways Pension Fund and db Symmetry – and provides the only newly built facility of this size along the length of the London to Birmingham M40 corridor.”
