Henderson Global Investors which, in partnership with Scottish Capital Group, bought the former Motorola building at Bathgate 12 months ago has substantially transformed the building and relaunched it as The Pyramids Business Park.
Located at the M’s J3A, the park comprises “a stylish and flexible” office as well as distribution location 30 minutes from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Situated in 93 acres of landscaped grounds, the park has more than 12,823sq m of distribution space and 19,257sq m of office accommodation. The state-of-the-art distribution space, which has its own dedicated access road, entrance and expansion land, is available at £4.50 per sq ft and the office accommodation at £8 per sq ft.
Once fully occupied, The Pyramids is expected to contain more than 2,000 staff.
