Commercial property specialist Nolan Redshaw has secured a mass of lettings at the Horwich Locomotive Industrial Estate, a 2,592sq m site which will offer a range of industrial units and over five acres of open storage land. One of Bolton’s biggest industrial estates and providing access to the M61, M60 and M65 motorways, the site is also adjacent to the Middlebrook Leisure and Retail Park and offers a range of industrial units from 743sq m to 5,202sq m and boasts the police ‘secured by design’ accreditation.
Since Nolan Redshaw’s appointment as letting agent, more than 9,200sq m of industrial space has been let – companies such as The Stannah Stairlift Group, Grimshaws Vauxhall and the Reality Group are on the site.
Mike Redshaw, director at Nolan Redshaw, comments: “Bolton is increasingly becoming an attractive area for businesses wishing to trade across Greater Manchester, and the development of such a significant estate is attracting investment from a vast range of national businesses, such as Jarvis plc and Hill Hire. These lettings are testament to the estate which has proved to be extremely popular with occupiers looking for a prime location that is accessible to Greater Manchester’s motorway network with economical rentals.”
Nolan Redshaw is joint letting agent with King Sturge.
