Antalis, Bibby Distribution and 3663 have all opted to use warehouse and distribution property specialist sbh.uk’s services.
Bibby Distribution and Antalis, formerly Wiggins Teape, have contracted sbh.uk to manage their respective property portfolios. The deal with Antalis covers 17 operational UK sites including a 20,000sq m centre in Coalville, which holds more than 100,000 products lines, as well as 13 sub-let locations. The Bibby contract covers all of the distribution firm’s UK properties comprising 30 operational and non-operational properties, totalling 165,000sq m.
Food wholesaler 3663 has chosen sbh.uk to project manage the fit-out of a new 6,440sq m warehouse at Harlow, Essex. The multi-temperature facility, which includes ambient, chilled and cold storage facilities down to -25°C, is being leased from Rosemound Properties.
