Hyster’s tough and versatile ReachStacker range has been further enhanced with the addition of four new model configurations – the range now totals ten trucks, each with either container handling or intermodal attachment.
The new models comprise:
- The RS 46-35 IH – an intermodal handler for handling containers and swap-bodies with 35 tonnes in the second row.
- The RS 46-38/44S CH, offering additional capacity with 38-tonnes in the second container row or, when fitted with a Hyster designed stabiliser, a massive 44 tonnes in the second row and a minimum of 30 tonnes in the third container row.
- The RS 46-35/40S IH, an intermodal handler offering 35 tonnes capacity in the second container row or, when fitted with Hyster’s specially designed front stabiliser; 40 tonnes in the second container row or a minimum of 27 tonnes in the third row, plus between 32 and 36 tonnes in the second rail handling row at 5m to 6m load centre.
The Hyster RS series ReachStacker is the most compact machine in its class. Available in both container and intermodal handling versions, the high productivity of this machine is complemented by its excellent manoeuvrability and versatility, with 40% more stacking capacity than its rivals.
