Mitsubishi Fork Lift Trucks has added the option of a deluxe tiltable cabin to its new N series of 1.5 to 3.5 tonne IC engine counterbalance trucks. The cab has been designed to offer high levels of comfort and ergonomics to reduce fatigue and increase operator efficiency.
Floating on four rubber shock mounts on the chassis, the deluxe cabin reduces noise and vibration inside the driver compartment to extremely low levels of only 75dB(A). For maximum practicality, the whole cab can be tilted backwards hydraulically over the counterweight in just 40 seconds to give full service access to the engine compartment.
In addition to the deluxe cab, Mitsubishi has developed a range of panel cabs from which customers can choose a level of comfort appropriate to their applications.
