TNT Logistics UK has been supplied with 85 MAN vehicles for its Euro 113M NHS Logistics Authority contract. The fleet, in NHS livery, is being used to distribute healthcare supplies for the English National Health Service.
The new fleet comprises 59 L2000 Evolution box-bodied 8.155LRC 7.5-tonners, 18 M2000 Evolution 18.225LRC box-bodied 18-tonne rigids and eight TGA 6×2 tractor units.
Richard Catley, general manager at TNT Engineering Department, says: “TNT Logistics selected the MAN product as it was able to meet our specific operational requirements at the most cost-effective package. The delivery times of the chassis cabs to the bodybuilder were also very good.”
