LXE says Voxware’s VoiceLogistics application is now available on its MX3X wireless computer. Traditionally, voice applications require customers to buy a proprietary wireless wearable computer dedicated to the voice application.
However, with Voxware’s voice application fully integrated and operational on LXE’s rugged MX3X, customers will be able to garner the benefits of both a voice application and a more traditional Auto-ID application without having to purchase separate computers for each application.
VoiceLogistics significantly reduces cost in the warehouse by enabling workers to use audio commands and voice responses to perform a wide array of logistics tasks, such as picking, receiving, put away, and replenishment, more efficiently and effectively.
The MX3X is LXE’s unique horizontal half-screen, Windows CE .NET / Intel X-Scale-based, rugged wireless handheld computer.
