LPC AFH, the Away From Home division of leading tissue and soft paper products manufacturer LPC, is using Premium Freight Services (PFS) to handle nationwide distribution for its products. A member of the Palletways network of overnight palletised freight distributors, PFS expects to handle around 150 pallets a day for the Redditch-based firm – a figure that looks set to rise in the wake of LPC AFH’s recent sales growth and product range expansion.
PFS will operate a dedicated liveried vehicle and driver service for the company, whose brands include Protis and Protis Caterer, including next-day and Saturday deliveries.
LPC AFH operations manager Justin Hodgin comments: “We looked at a number of potential suppliers and Premium Freight Services offered the best mix of services to meet our needs including freight holding, booking-in, on-line product trace/track and proof of delivery.”
