L’Oréal‘s new 23,870sq m high-tech distribution centre located on the Green Property’s Electric Park scheme in Trafford Park has been finished three weeks ahead of schedule and on budget by sbh.uk. The project was carried out for investment group Topland, which funded the scheme for L’Oréal on a pre-let basis.
The centre features the latest environmental, security and energy management technology. sbh.uk also encouraged subcontractors to make extensive use of pre-fabricated components to shorten the build programme.
