CB Richard Ellis’ Industrial and Distribution team has made another letting, on behalf of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, at the new warehouse and industrial scheme Links in Hanworth, West London.
The 2,108sq m Unit 2, the largest on the estate, has been let to Clarke Worldwide Transportation (CWT) on a ten-year lease at £10.25 per sq ft. CWT will use the unit as a UK headquarters for its global distribution business to the publishing and printing industries.
