USS University Staff Superannuation, one of the UK’s largest pension funds, has appointed DTZ as national contractor to manage a major office and industrial portfolio which mainly comprises properties in the South-east, includes three significant properties in the North-west and will draw upon the skills of both the Manchester- and London-based DTZ management teams.
The three properties in the North-west represent a major business win for the Manchester management team, and include the 79,050sq m Deeside Industrial Park, the Observatory in Manchester city centre, and Opus 9, Calver Road, Warrington, a 4,929sq m warehouse.
