St Modwen Developments is to develop 2,790sq m of industrial space as well as refurbish a 3,255sq m high-bay warehouse on the Houndstone Business Park at Yeovil, Somerset. This new accommodation and warehouse will be available to let or for purchase.
The company is already developing a new 5,766sq m headquarters for Screwfix Direct, one of the UK’s largest direct supplier of screws, fittings and tools to tradesmen, on the 6.07-acre site which it owns. The entire scheme will represent an investment in excess of £12M.
