Following its £101.05M purchase of 250,830sq m of properties at Trafford Park earlier this year, Brixton plc has begun a refurbishment programme of 20 units on the park.
Peter Dawson, managing director of Brixton Investments, says: “A central part of our long-term strategy at Trafford Park is to upgrade individual properties and enhance the general working environment of our holdings. Accordingly, we’ve just started on a first phase of refurbishment which encompasses 20 properties and 20,159sq m. The properties are located throughout the park and range in size from 223sq m to 6,224sq m.
This summer, Brixton completed seven new lettings at the park totalling 2,376sq m and a number of other units are also under offer. Letting agents King Sturge and Dunlop Heywood Lorenz are marketing a range of properties from 186sq m to 5,574sq m and also land for design-and-build opportunities.
