SCE solutions provider Catalyst International has developed CatalystCommand Labour Management, a powerful solution for labour planning and reporting. CatalystCommand Labour Management is easy to configure and can be adapted to an individual organisation’s needs without custom code. It is pre-integrated with Catalyst’s warehouse management system and can also be integrated with other non-Catalyst warehouse management (WM) solutions. Pre-built adapters are available for integration with SAP’s WM module and open application interfaces make interfaces with internally developed of other vendor WM solutions fast and easy.
Agility Systems has unveiled the latest version of iLink, its off-the-shelf middleware solution guaranteeing businesses the ability to quickly and efficiently record any stock movements throughout the business in any area. Version 3.7 version of Agility’s iLink enables users to communicate with their ERP system interactively, and therefore providing increased confidence in stock levels and valuation, which subsequently can impact into other areas of the business such as Manufacturing and Planning. The software allows users to interact with mobile and static devices and update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems interactively without the need for modifications.
Accantia Health and Beauty has placed a £300,000-plus order with business software specialist CPiO for a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that will manage its manufacturing, and distribution operations. The new system, which replaces Accantia’s SAP-based ERP system, uses Sage Line 500 manufacturing, distribution and business intelligence software. It will be implemented onto an IBM ‘Cluster’ server employing the latest ‘fail-over’ technology for high availability. Up to 60 users will have access to the new Sage Line 500 system, enabling Accantia to improve efficiency and productivity within its operations.
