Distribution property specialist sbh.uk is project managing the construction and fit-out of a new 25,000sq m high-bay distribution centre in Walsall for ‘off-price’ retailer TK Maxx, and acting as tenant’s agent for the completion of a 7,200sq m extension to Peacocks’ Cardiff national distribution centre.
These projects follow successful contracts for other leading high street names including Austin Reed, Halfords and the recently completed £7M fit-out of B&Q’s 74,320sq m Doncaster Redhouse distribution centre ahead of schedule in just 18 weeks.
