The construction of a 23,700sqm distribution warehouse has been completed by Gazeley in just 14 weeks. The facility is the first in mainland Europe to be built using Gazeley’s company’s fast track development system G.Track.
The building has been built at Gazeley’s 152-hectare Magna Park Arras in northern France, one of three state-of-the-art dedicated logistics parks that the leading European specialist distribution property provider is currently developing in France.
G.Track means that Gazeley – working with its contractor GSE – was able to deliver the building in just 14 weeks, significantly quicker than the fastest construction options available elsewhere. Furthermore, based on this latest success and the company’s experience in the UK, Gazeley says it is capable of reducing this time even further in the future.
