Knowsley Development Partnership (KDP) is building four new high quality industrial buildings at Knowsley Business Park. Three of the buildings have been pre-sold to local companies and the fourth, speculative building, is already under offer. The site, located on Overbrook Lane, adjoins earlier phases of development.
Completion of the building work is due by Christmas.
Total Glass is taking a new factory and head office of 7,897sq m for the manufacture and assembly of UPVC door and window frames. The new facility will see it move from existing leased premises on Knowsley Industrial Park.
Florence Roby is taking a factory and office unit of 2,276sq m to expand its garment manufacturing business, while CB Transport Refrigeration is to occupy a new maintenance facility of some 1,747sq m for servicing and maintaining refrigerated vehicles and trailers. The 929sq m speculative unit is already under offer to a local occupier.
