Rosemound Developments, the specialist distribution developer half-owned by HBoS, is developing a 46,500sq m cross-docked warehouse at Corby in conjunction with Standard Life Investment. The building, scheduled for completion this December, will be one of the largest speculative warehouses available in the Midlands.
The facility will be a high-bay, cross-dock warehouse with an eaves height of 16m and up to 40,000 pallet spaces. It is located adjacent to the A43 Bangrave Road.
Rosemound is already developing a 14,880sq m warehouse facility for Staples Group subsidiary Neat Ideas on the remaining 30 of 50 acres that it acquired less than 12 months ago.
Competitive rents and lease terms are available which coupled to the low occupancy costs and good labour force makes it attractive to both retailers and third-party logistics operators.
North Rae Sanders, M3 and GVA Grimley are the letting agents.
