Asda Property and Cirrus Property have announced the latest letting at Harbourgate Business Park in Portsmouth. Space Maker Self Storage is leasing Unit 2 at a rental of £7.50 per sq ft for a 12-year term for 2,201 sq m. This leaves only Units 3 and 4 to be let, which total approximately 2,976sq m and 1,860sq m respectively.
These units are capable of sub-division, offering the most flexible space on the scheme.
Harbourgate is one of the most prominent schemes at the current time in the Portsmouth area due to its frontage onto the A27 Southampton Road close to J12 of the M27, at the point where the M27 meets the M275.
