Phase I of Knowle Village Business Park at Fareham is now complete and already has its first occupant. Phoenix Technical Support (PTS), which provides a 24-hour emergency service covering plumbing, refrigeration and air conditioning, repair and maintenance, has relocated to the park, from Segensworth West, on a new six-year full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £7 per sq ft.
The park is being developed by Gudgeon Developments. It bought the site about two years ago, which comprised a 651sq m building with additional land for commercial development. The completed Phase I comprises six new industrial / warehouse units ranging from 143sq m up to 350sq m.
Phase II is now available with units ranging from 105sq m up to 360sq m. The joint agents at Knowle Village Business Park are Young & Butt and Daniells Harrison.
