Suzuki GB, advised by FPDSavills, has bought a 10.27-acre site in Milton Keynes from national regeneration agency English Partnerships. The manufacturer has commissioned Rosemund Developments to build a 15,500sq m parts, training and technical centre which will be the UK base for the storage and distribution of parts, motorcycles and marine products, as well as the centre for training and technical activities.
English Partnerships has already approved the development, the planning consent for which also permits the future expansion of the facility up to 20,500sq m. The facility is expected to open in Autumn 2005.
