An internal power-lift platform has been developed by trailer and bodywork manufacturer The Cartwright Group to help with the loading and unloading of high volume trailers and bodies with loose load products. Called CubeLift, the system has been developed in response to customer demand for handling equipment that increases efficiency and enhances safety.
CubeLift travels up and down the trailer and provides a working platform that raises and lowers the driver / operator 4ft to 5ft, enabling high volume trailers carrying loads such as furniture, beds, parcels, tyres and hanging garments to be loose-loaded in safety. It weighs just 300kg and has a lift capacity of 500kg.
