Vétoquinol UK is expanding its current
operation and facilities, moving from the existing quality industrial unit in Bicester to a new purpose-built facility fronting the Buckingham Road Industrial Estate in Buckingham. The Vétoquinol Group is committed exclusively to animal health, and has a strong presence in 15 countries in Europe and North America.
Nick Kamm, managing director of Vétoquinol UK, confirms: “We are disappointed to be leaving our existing facility in Bicester, which we are now looking to sell or lease. The 13,685sq ft building has provided us with a good quality working environment where the business has grown substantially. The new purpose-built facility, costing in the region of £2M, will cater for our future expansion and focus on the growth of our business.”
White Mitchell Commercial Surveyors is acting for Vétoquinol in the disposal of its current facility in Bicester and is inviting offers in excess of £750,000 for sale or £65,000 per annum exclusive rental on a leasehold basis.
