Young & Butt has let Unit 8 Marshlands Road, Farlington, Portsmouth, to MacGregor (GBR) for one of its private investors. MacGregor (GBR) has taken a new six-year full repairing and insuring lease on the property, which amounts to 200sq m at a rental of £13,250 per annum exclusive.
The company is based in the North-east and is opening up this depot in Portsmouth to help service contracts it has within Portsmouth Docks where it specialises in dealing with Naval and commercial vessels.
