Companies exhibiting at Logistics Link 2004 were so impressed by the quality of attendees that many have already reserved stands for Logistics Manager’s first ever Logistics Link North, being held at Doncaster Racecourse on September 22 and 23, 2004.
At least 42 companies had, by March 5, reserved stand space for the exhibition. Of those, 36 had been exhibitors at Logistics Link 2004 including Jungheinrich, Linde Materials Handling, The Potter Group and Doncaster Investment Team. Companies making their Logistics Link debuts will include Enersys, Impact Toyota, Link 51, Monofloor Technology, Soltec Computer Systems and Synergy Logistics.
Logistics Link North is the northern version of the highly successful Logistics Link exhibitions held at Sandown Park. It was launched to satisfy demand from a variety of suppliers of products, systems and services used throughout the supply chain for a northern based exhibition to fill the gap in the logistics marketing calendar, and to “mirror the Sandown Park experience” by putting exhibitors face-to-face with key logistics professionals responsible for making serious buying decisions.
Doncaster Racecourse, adjacent to the M18 and A1M motorways, is the ideal venue to establish Logistics Link North as the major new event for this large and diverse market. It has 4,300sq m of indoor exhibition space at ground floor level; is well served by road, main line rail and regional airports; and has free parking for 2,700 cars adjacent to the main building.
