Slough Estates has announced the first wave of lettings at its newly re-branded West London portfolio, ‘theLHR.com’. Six lettings have been completed totalling 2,511sq m of warehousing/manufacturing space.
The lettings comprise:-
lTopgear of St Albans, which has agreed a 15-year lease for the warehouse/distribution unit at 190 Pasenda Close in Hayes. The garage services company has taken the 300sq m unit at a starting rent of £27,396 a year – equating to £91.47psm.
lBritvic Soft Drinks has agreed a ten-year lease for the warehouse/distribution unit at 192 Pasenda Close comprising approximately 404sq m at a starting rent of £39,186 per annum, amounting to £96.87psm.
lEverest, the manufacturer and distributor of double glazing, has also agreed a ten-year lease for the warehouse/manufacturing unit at 451 Colndale Road in Poyle, comprising approximately 678sq m at a starting rent of £70,000pa – equating to £103.22psm.
lWilder Airfreight, the fresh fish importer, has agreed an eight-year lease for the warehouse/distribution unit at 694 Steyning Way in Hounslow, comprising approximately 494sq m at a starting rent of £42,00 pa – equating to £84.92 psm/ £7.89 psf.
lPacific Global Forwarding, a freight forwarding company, has agreed a ten-year lease for a warehouse/distribution unit at 657 River Gardens, north Feltham Trading Estate in Feltham, comprising approximately 440sq m at a starting rent of £53,785 pa.
lIlsleys Wholesale Supplies, a cleaning product wholesaler, has agreed to a ten-year lease for a warehouse/distribution unit at Unit 8, Chesterfield Way in Hayes, comprising approximately 195sq m, at a starting rent of £19,500pa – equating to £100.10 psm.
