Distribution companies are expected to flock to a new development on one of the South coast’s most prominent warehouse sites – Swift Distribution Park, which fronts the M27 and M271 at Nursling near Southampton.
The development on a three acre site will comprise 5,945sq m of warehouse space with the bonus of an 8m high eaves space and extensive yard area. It is being built by Rokeagle, formerly City Estates, and marketed by international property consultant King Sturge.
Rokeagle intends building the warehouse on a pre-let basis so that potential occupiers have the opportunity to specify a design that will meet the needs of their particular business. Tim Titheridge, director of Rokeagle, comments: “This is a fantastic site for anyone who really wants to put their business on the right road. We are anticipating a very swift take up!”
