The sorter’s modular construction ensures unparalleled versatility to provide high capacity double-sided sorting solutions for cartons, totes and other unit loads.
The company says fast and accurate sorting is achieved by the use of high speed switching wheel assemblies that switch in rows to steer an approaching product down the appropriate outsort. As soon as the product clears each row of switch wheels, it instantly switches back to guide the next product through the system.
A gentle 30° outsort angle provides smooth handling for critical loads and enables products with a high height-to-width ratio to be handled safely.
