Door and window technology manufacturer GEZE UK is relocating its head office from Chelmsford, Essex, to Fradley Park, the 300-acre distribution / warehouse and office scheme being developed on the A38 near Lichfield by Evans Property Group (EPG). A purpose-designed warehouse and office building is being built by EPG which will incorporate several of GEZE’s own products.
Totalling 3,255sq m, the unit will include 1,116sq m of office space with room for expansion. It is due for completion soon.
GEZE UK managing director Andrew Hall comments: “It was a difficult decision to leave behind our loyal staff and flagship building in Chelmsford to relocate to Fradley Park. But the operational benefits of consolidating all of our UK operations under one roof were irresistible.”
He continues: “Fradley Park is ideally situated geographically and the willingness of Evans to build the unusual mix of offices and warehouses that we needed made the decision easier.”
EPG estates director David Helliwell says: “Fradley Park is an excellent location on the A38 providing easy access to the new M6 (Toll) road, M1, M42 and M40 motorways, and is proving to be a big attraction to many companies.”
Companies who have also taken space at Fradley Park include Caterpillar Logistics, The Environment Agency and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
