The industrial park at Witton, Birmingham, has been sold, in an investment deal worth £26.5M, by IM Properties to Aberdeen Property Investors on behalf of the Barclays Bank UK Retirement Fund.
Developed by IM Properties, the 25.58-acre Junction Six Industrial Park at Witton was developed by IM Properties in two phases from 1995 to 2002. The investment comprises 39,019sq m in 13 fully let buildings. Tenants include Iron Mountain, Exel Logistics, Vodafone and Dana Automotive.
