ProLogis has acquired a 48,632sq m facility at the Orebrö Distribution Center in the greater Stockholm area in Sweden. The facility was bought from Elektroskandia, which wholesales electrical products and systems as well as consumer goods, which will continue to occupy the site under a long-term lease with ProLogis.
Orebrö’s central geographical position allows for efficient transport by road, rail or air.
A 30,083sq m distribution facility has been bought by ProLogis at Evry Park which is on the outskirts of Paris. The building is currently occupied by Geodis, which is partially owned by SNCF (the French State Railways).
The deal also included 27 acres of land for development, says ProLogis.
