Delivery and collection business Target Worldwide Express is leasing a 2,794sq m unit on the Kites Croft industrial park at Southampton. Target is moving its parcels distribution business from premises in Winchester to the new facility.
The company has taken a 15-year lease on the property, the letting of which was completed by Morley Fund Management and Easter Developments. Joint agents King Sturge and Young and Butt acted for developer Easter Group funded by Morley Fund Management.
