Tractel (UK), in conjunction with Stayfast UK, has developed a solution which will enable operators of stacker truck equipment in narrow aisles to escape in the event of an emergency. The Derope is an automatic descent control device which allows a simple-hands-free descent from almost any height and is small enough to be permanently installed into the truck.
