Provider of distribution accommodation to the logistics industry ProLogis has unveiled the latest addition to its M25 portfolio – a 14,880sq m high bay facility which has unrestricted use.
The building, located in the South-eastern sector of the M25 in Dartford near to the motorway’s J1a and the Queen Elizabeth II Crossing, comprises high bay distribution space and two storeys of fully fitted office accommodation. It also features a 40m deep service yard, 360° circulation around the building, a clear internal height of 12m, 15 deck levellers, and five level access loading doors.
ProLogis says the facility is ideal for “a range of industrial, storage or distribution uses”.
The joint sole letting agents are Holley Blake and Edwin Hill, which are seeking an annual rent of £7.25 per sq ft.
