Kitchen and bedroom furniture distributor Waterline has expanded its operations in Newport Pagnell by taking on an extra 4,197sq m of industrial/warehouse property. The company has acquired the unit, known as Interchange Point on the Interchange Park near the M1’s J14 and adjacent to its existing premises.
The facility comprises a detached warehouse and production building on a self-contained site. It features a 9m eaves height, two dock level loading doors and one surface loading door, and two-storey fitted offices.
