Property company Gazeley has sold the last remaining plot of land at 32 in Rowley’s Green, near Coventry, to local developer Chase Midland for £3M. The ten-acre site will be developed by Chase Midland in three stages: a pre-let has been secured for STP Windows to occupy a bespoke 3,902sq m unit; a further 1,394sq m will be developed speculatively; and a 10,219sq m unit will be built on the remaining 5.8 acres for either a sole occupier or marketed as a multi-let unit development.
Previously called Access Park, 32 is located on the A444 near J3 of the M6.
Gazeley UK development director Andy Griffiths says: “We are delighted to have successfully completed 32 and Gazeley is now keen to identify further prime sites for distribution development at strategic locations along the motorway corridors.”
